Given that I was able to slice 10 pinwheels, I used a total of 10 toothpicks. - 1 pound Genoa salami pieces
- 1 pound pepperoni slices
- 9 slices Provolone cheese
- 3 big wheat tortillas
- Green leaf lettuce
Cream Cheese Spread:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup jarred sweet red peppers, chopped
- 3/4 cup jarred banana peppers, chopped

- In a large mixing basin, blend all of the ingredients until thoroughly incorporated.

- On the tortilla, distribute a third of the cream cheese spread evenly. 3 slices of Provolone cheese should be placed down the center of the tortilla
